SMS terms of service

We text you only if you ticked one of the optional consent boxes on our contact form, or asked us to in writing. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Neither box is ticked by default and neither is required to submit the form.

Transactional: replies to your enquiry, appointment and technician arrival details, and updates on a job or quote you asked about.

Marketing (separate consent): preventative maintenance reminders, seasonal service offers and equipment promotions.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We will send one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.
