Privacy policy

When you use our contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the ZIP code of the installation site if you give it, what you tell us you need, and your message. If you tick a text message consent box we also record which box, the date and the exact wording you were shown.

To answer your enquiry, quote and carry out work, and keep records of the jobs we do for you. If you consented to texts, to send you the messages you consented to and no others.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use service providers to run our systems — email delivery, text message delivery, payment processing and our service portal — and they handle your information only to provide those services to us.

Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS terms for how to stop messages.

Enquiries and job records are kept as long as we need them for the work, our accounts and our legal obligations.
